Disclaimer

Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws pursuant to § 7 Para. 1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete infringement. If we become aware of any such legal infringements, we will remove this content immediately.

Liability for Links

Our offer contains links to external websites of third parties, over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking. However, permanent content control of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. If we become aware of any legal infringements, we will remove such links immediately.

Copyright

Data Protection at a Glance

1. General Information

The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website. Personal data is any data with which you can be personally identified. For detailed information on the subject of data protection, please refer to our data protection declaration listed below this text.

2. Data Collection on Our Website

Who is responsible for data collection on this website? Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find their contact details in the legal notice (Impressum) of this website.

3. How do we collect your data?

This website is designed not to actively collect any personal data. We do not use contact forms, analysis tools (such as Google Analytics), social media plugins, or advertising trackers (such as Meta Pixel).

However, your visit to our website is technically recorded by our hosting provider in so-called server log files. These usually include:

· Browser type and browser version
· Operating system used
· Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
· Hostname of the accessing computer (IP address)
· Time of the server request

This data is not combined with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimization of their website - for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded. This data is usually automatically deleted after a short period.

4. What do we use your data for?

Since we do not actively collect any personal data beyond the server log files mentioned above, there is no further use of your data for analysis purposes, advertising, or similar by us.

5. What rights do you have regarding your data?

You have the right at any time to receive free information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to correct, block, or delete this data. For this and further questions on the subject of data protection, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice (Impressum). Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority.

The responsible supervisory authority for data protection is usually the State Data Protection Commissioner of the federal state in which our company is based. For Hamburg, this is:

The Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information
Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 22, 7th floor
20459 Hamburg

Phone: 040 / 428 54 - 4040
E-Fax: 040 / 428 54 - 4000
Email: mailbox@datenschutz.hamburg.de

General Information and Mandatory Information

1. Data Protection

The operator of these pages takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. Since, as described above, we do not actively collect any personal data via forms, trackers, or similar technologies, the processing of personal data is limited to a minimum.

2. Responsible Party

The responsible party for data processing on this website is:

Maximilian Gerdau
Kegelhofstraße 27
D-20251 Hamburg

Phone: +49 157 575 22 491
Email: max@m81.studio

The responsible party is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g., names, email addresses, etc.).

3. Revocation of Your Consent to Data Processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. Since we do not process any data based on consent, this point is less relevant for this website. Should this change in the future, you can revoke previously given consent at any time. An informal notification by email to us is sufficient for this purpose. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

4. Right to Data Portability

You have the right to have data that we process automatically based on your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible party, this will only be done if it is technically feasible. Since we do not currently process such data, this point is for informational purposes.

5. SSL or TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

6. Information, Blocking, Deletion

Within the scope of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to receive free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient, and the purpose of data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. For this and further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice (Impressum).

7. No Use of Analysis Tools or Advertising

We do not use any analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics), cookies for analysis purposes, social media plugins, or external advertising services (e.g., Google AdSense, Meta Pixel) on our website.

8. Cookies

Our website uses so-called “cookies.” Cookies are small text files and do not cause any damage to your device. They are stored either temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your device. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them yourself or they are automatically deleted by your web browser.

This website was created with WordPress. WordPress may use technically necessary cookies to ensure the basic functions of the website (e.g., to manage logged-in users or comment functions, if these are activated). Since you have indicated that you are running a "plain WordPress site" without forms, the use of cookies that store personal data or are used for tracking is unlikely, but not entirely исключено, depending on the configuration and the themes/plugins used.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of this website.

Insofar as cookies from third-party companies or for analysis purposes are used, we will inform you about this separately within the framework of this data protection declaration and, if necessary, request your consent. Since this is currently not the case, this information is provided for the sake of completeness.

9. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g., when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration will then apply to your renewed visit.

Cultivating Attraction Much like objects in space are inevitably drawn together by mass and gravitation, we too sometimes experience a compelling attraction to certain companies and brands. While the mechanics can always be explained – both in physics and in design – the nature of branding remains remarkably delicate. To build and maintain a brand's spirit, we must continuously fine-tune, rethink and nurture what it stands for. Exploring what keeps a brand's forces of attraction alive is to which I dedicate all my effort.
